How do we select homestays?

Our team is committed to providing your child with a secure, comfortable, and nurturing environment. Our homestay selection process has been carefully designed to ensure this. Here's a broad outline of the steps involved, showcasing our commitment to your child's well-being.

01. Application

Potential homestay providers are invited apply to partner with us. We carefully review each application, considering various factors such as the home environment, location, and the provider's availability, followed by background checks on potential providers to ensure they meet our stringent standards.

02. Interview

Potential homestay providers participate in an interview process where we assess their suitability based on their understanding of the role, their approach towards children, and their ability to provide a nurturing environment.

03. Inspection

We then conduct a preliminary assessment of the home environment, looking at aspects such as cleanliness, safety, and the availability of suitable study spaces.

04. Probation

Providers who pass the interview stage are granted provisional approval. This is not a final endorsement but a pass to the next stage of our evaluation process.

05. Training

Providers undergo orientation and training, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide the best care for your child.

06. Assessment

After the training, we carry out a final review. This involves revisiting all the information gathered through the process and making a final decision.

07. Monitoring

Once a provider becomes part of our family, we maintain an ongoing relationship with them, including regular check-ins and feedback sessions, to ensure they continue to meet our high standards.
